Thanks for that Steph!! :D My father was a lovely man thanks.... :)

And as for the "old" bit I bet I could still beat you in an arm-wrestling contest :P

 you can't do that to me, I've still got a really dodgy tummy.

:P

I was going to wrestle your arm not your tummy :)

Alright. I'm left handed though. Has to be fair.

Do we have any more lefties on the forum?

Damn my left arm is my weak one... the right one has had more.... use :)

Oh Meaners, how you missed out. Yahoo Answers told me the lefty makes it feel like someone else is doing it, so that's nearly as good as using Excel to determine such a thing. And by doing it, I mean playing Batracer. I used to only click on "next lap" with my right hand, but once I tried left...gosh! You really ought to.

Course Steph there was one question you did not ask everyone:

What do you do? i.e. what is your job?

I'm an IT Director for a non-profit making educational charity building 13 new schools. Formerly IT Director for Royal Academy of Music. Ran a consultancy business for 7 years helping museums and cultural organisations get funding and deliver IT and other projects. Before that was Corporate Information Manager in IPC Magazines and prior to that was Global Internet Strategy Manager for a multi-national insurance company (in 1995!).

So yeah, I'm a suit. But I've turned to the "good side" :)

Noooo!!! You can't say nice things about him cuz...cuz...cuz...cuz...that's logical! You have to hate him because everyone else hates him because he doesn't support (insert favorite driver here). :(

I don't judge a person by what driver/team they support, but by the content of their posts. Maure has shown us more of his ideas lately and I'm finding that I like reading those ideas.

Totally disagree.

Damn you.

No one commented about my thing I did! **** you all!

I read about the thing you did in the back of my magazine that comes delivered in a plain wrapper. Interesting, but I can't work out how you got your legs up there.

Favorite Forum Members: Kati, Bruce, Mike. Oh, Ben too. If I forgot anyone, I'm writing this at 2am. If you don't like it, blow me.

What we Americans lack in sophistication we make up for in heart.

:o I did forget. Sorry. But you've got a damned good career there Chris. Well done.

I work in Central Library in Liverpool City Centre. I'm doing this because I'm doing a course in Occult History as when I've finished I'll walk straight into what I want to do - research historian for Antix Productions TV. I'll be researching old buildings, local history, folklore but basically getting to the historical fact of a supernatural tale. I think being born on Halloween has something to do with it. I've worked as a suit before in management finance, waitressing, in textiles, offices, dancer. The library is a cool place to be but I wont be there forever. I'd also like to try my hand at fixing motorbikes. One thing at a time.

Of course everybody has a typical image of a librarian. Working hours I'm all sensible and hair tied back, sensible clothes. Soon as that time comes to go, the hair comes out and back to wildchild baby!

Stephy - Thank you for sharing this information with us. We already know that you and your fellow females - fellow females?? - can handle yourself quite well with the strongly opinionated males who rule the roost here (or so they would like to think). Now we find out that there is depth and real substance to your personality... and I've always found librarians to be real heartbreakers.
