Hi!

I have more than a year posting in this great forum, some posters sometimes comes and goes, but there are some that keep posting with continuity and have become friends, but I realized that we know so little about each other (we just really know if we are sato or button or villenueve bashers, but thats all!)

well im only 16 so I have not quite the CV as Ecap has but here i go....

My name is Ben Cattanach and I was born on the 27th July 1988 in Aberwyswyth, Wales.

I lived in a village near the welsh town of lampeter till i was 4 where my parents divorced. I then moved down to Bournemouth in the south of the UK and lived with my dad. Unfortunantly just before Christmas 1997 my dad passed away, and it's till very hard now without him! (parents dying when your a child is very hard) So I know live with my mum who has just divorced her 2nd husband, who was the man that got me into motorsport, but he was a d#ck so!!!

I now go to college after doing very well in my GCSE's in secondary school, and am studying for A-levels in Law, Sociology. Modern History, English, IT. At college I also do a Yoga course which although sounds a little gay, is actually really good fun!

Because i'm soo young i thought id tell you what my plans are for the future... To be a succesfull Barrister or Solicitor, To travel the world, setlle down and get married between 28 and 34, to have 2 children (dont mind whatever) and to evetually move to Italy, Oz or Canada.

My interests include obviously motorsport and socialising (which often includes drinking alcoholic substances)

So overall thats my life so far, and what i hope it to be in the future!

Ok i'll give it a try.

Name: Scott Flack

Location: Just outside Sydney, Australia

DOB: June 18, 1986 (Age: 18)

I was born in Penrith (west sydney area) and spent the first 5 years of my life there, until moving to my current location on the Central Coast (north of Sydney). I've completed schooling for now, but im going to need to get into Uni so i can get qualifications for what i hope is my future career, in computer programming. I'd like mainly to work on video games, especially of the sports variety.

The reason im into F1, is actually a mystery to me, i remember watching it in the very early 90's but i do not know exactly why i started watching. All i know is i don't want to stop watching ^_^

I spend my time, talking to friends and family, programming my own game, and just relaxing at the moment, but as i said earlier i need to get into courses at Uni etc to get my job soon ;)

So theres my attempt. Hope to see some more guys post up their life :D

Name's Christopher , born in New Orleans Louisiana (USA) on Nov. 9, 1988 (16 years).

Lived in the same house all my life, and I want my career to be with racing. If I'm cut, I bleed Castrol. I love F1 and began watching it in the mid 1990s, but dont remember too much from watching, cept Jerez 97, Japan 98 and Silverstone 99. I dislike PETA and people who say that America sucks. *Replaces America with MS and/or Racing*

I'm one of those high school kids that has connections, and i do.

That's all about me, basically.

well, here goes, the names Shaun as alot of the posters who've been on here a while will know. Im 19 turning 20 next month. Born in Melbourne and lived here all my life. Im a uni student in my 3rd year of my psychology degree, only 3 yrs left at the end of this year!!

Been following F1 since '93, as with Sato, don't know why really. I just turned the tv on and there were a bunch of loud cars going around in circles, and for some strange reason I was hooked. Followed Senna until he died, then Jacques. Apart from F1, I follow Aussie Rules, Football (Soccer), Cricket, MOTOGP, CART, V8's (I'm a Holden man!!) etc. Also love my PS2 and am an avid gamer as a few guys on here are.

The name is Shane Bennett, I may be the oldest member in this forum, cause I am 38. I was born in southern India in a city called Madras. I worked in MAdras for 2 years then moved to the Middle East, I was in a country called Qatar for a few years, then I have been to Bahrain, Oman, Saudi Arabia and Lebanon while I was there (short visits though) Then worked in Dubai for year and a half. Owned a Jeep Cherokee, and had some amazing camping trips in the desert and driving over the sand dunes, were some of the moments I'll always remember.

Now I live in Toronto, Canada (suburbs in a city called pickering) been here for about 3 years, and my wife is expecting our first baby by November.

When I was in Madras, there used to an old Military air strip, which was converted in to a race track, and they had the regular saloons modified, motorcycles and a few F3 cars etc racing each other once a year. That's what got me intrested in motor racing I guess. Then started watching F1, and Senna was my Fan, and in 1994 Imola's tragic death came, I turned my TV off and walked away and never saw a race for a long time. I think that was my way of mourning Senna's death. Then I went to the Middle East, and that's when I came across Montoya and liked his agressiveness.

So That's how I'm in to f1.

Hello all, nice to meet you.

My name is Daniel, I'm a 24 year old engineer and I live in Toronto.

I guess I got into F1 through CART (now Champ Car Worldseries) - Toronto hosts one of the rounds of that championship that I have been to a number of times. I really enjoyed the races and got into watching them on television. When the internet became widespread, I was able to follow through that and learn a lot more and also of F1. The latter quickly became my passion because of the emphasis on technology and strategy which I find interesting.

My name is Craig I am a little over 40 and live in London, England although I was actually born about 40km away from the late Greg Moore one of my all time racing heroes

I got into F1 in the early 1970's largely through my father who was fanatical about F1 and Can Am over the years and would tell me all about the likes of Clark, Fangio etc so when F1 started to get proper tv coverage I followed it fanatically

My first driver I supported was Gilles Villeneuve and then on followed Ronnie Peterson, Nigel Mansell, Stefan Bellof, Jean Alesi and more latterly Jacques Villeneuve

I also follow CART and am a huge fan of Paul Tracy

Hi to everybody!!My name is Cristiano Puglisi, I'm Italian, I was born at Trescore Balneario, a little village near Bergamo,on 5th March 1984 (so I'm 21), then, when I was 5 yrs old, we transferred to Sanremo (a city famous for the music festival near the nation-limits with France) ad then, at 10 I went to live in Monza (you all know wich event take place here!!!) where I live now and I want to live forever, although the climate is often rainy.

The reason for me being a motor racing fan is my father, who's really fanathic.I've started following F.1 in 1994 and then, back in 1996, I tried my hand at karting but mine experience didn't last too much cause, to be honest, I wasn't really quick. I briefly returned to racing with Formula Ford 1600 back in 2001 but I lost one year at school so my racing career broke down.

I've also a brother (Marcello) who's been luckier (and quicker) in motor sport, and is currently up to compete in the Formula Renault 2000 Eurocup with JD motorsport, aiming to enter the GP2 series in 2 years time, and dreaming of becoming one day a F.1 driver.

Right now I'm a reporter for internet website Racingworld.it and I'm studying politics.I'm a McLaren fan of course!!!

Hi everyone. I'm Russ and I'm 42 years old, so I beat Monty! I live in Kettering in England, and I'm an architectural technologist - we concentrate on how to build what the architect dreams up....

I started to get interested in F1 in the late 60's with Graham Hill being my hero of the time. It's entirely possible that I drink more than Jenson Rules, and I smoke like a chimney....

I'm also a very bad bass player and cricket fan.

here goes again:

my name is simon, i'm 25 and was born in melbourne (my big dark secret as a sydney-sider) but moved to sydney when i was a wee lad. i'm studying commerce & arts at sydney uni, and am in my 5th year of a 5 year combined degree. i also work at a software company in nth sydney when not at school, and will finish uni in july (at last!). B)

once i finish uni i plan to see the world, as i've been working and studying non-stop now for 5 years... first stop is asia, then europe and nth america. along the way i'd like to attend either spa, silverstone or monza.

like many here i don't know how i got hooked on f1, but before i knew it i was staying up to the early hours, suffering through poor coverage from channel 9 in frustration (aussies will understand!). i believe it was around the mclaren years when i first started watching it religiously, and i hated mika hakkinen at the time. now i hate m$ and i wish mika would come back.

outside of f1 my interests are photography, rugby, basketball, music, technology, the beach and cars. i enjoy red wine, steak, thai food, japanese food and any food in fact as long as it leaves a good impression. my favourite beers are becks and a japanese beer called ebisu (try it if u can find it), although i look forward to tasting many different beers in europe later this year! hmm, enough talking about myself so i'll leave it at that.

next!
