He never heard her enter the room*. Ah, I knew you'd like Mock the Week. It's so damn funny. Funniest show around atm, I reckon. Snow (Red Hot)http://es.youtube.com/watch?v=yuFI5KSPAt4 I love it. Yeah, I like them too. Though I can't help but laugh where they rhyme 'hey-oh' with 'listen to what I say-oh'.

Kopite Girl 0 Report post Posted September 29, 2008 LCD Soundsystem - Us v Them Totally obsessed with Richard Ashcroft/The Verve. He is a legend. And so are Coldplay.
Rainmaster 7 Report post Posted September 29, 2008 Lets see. I also love The Verve like Girl Racer, all of their songs have some meaning to me, especially , and This is Music (I just love this song for some reason). Their new album is great too, it's not a music album it's a work of art with The Verve. There are only two other bands that I like as much as The Verve, they are Feeder and Oasis. Feeder just make absolute tunes, like Insomnia (can't get the lyrics to this out of my head), Just a Day and , amongst many other great songs. Then there's Oasis, what can I say, they are just an amazing band. No matter what people may think of them as characters, put them together and they produce great songs like and (probably my favourite) amongst too many others to name.Plenty of other bands/music I like but if I had to choose three, those three would win hands down. F1 FANatic 1 Report post Posted September 30, 2008 But the song is damn catchy! XDI listened to the German song you translated F1 FANatic, sounds fun and the lyrics are just too funny there is a reason they pronounced themselves "The best band in the world" after only their third album, they knew what they were talking about 20 years ago HAHA this one is great as well we didn't know each other long tats why I was nervous about meeting here she was a beautiful girl not some ditz or blockhead- we went on a walk a dinner by candle light, romance and wine, that's how it should have been the wine was not to be overlooked we joked and laughed- my charm was working the food was really great for dessert coffee and some fruit our luck grew, but then she peeled she peeled... a banana my brain turned to wiped cream oh baby she ate that banana instead of romance only profanity was in my mind my self control left me I began to blush, my forehead was bathed in sweat she ate slowly and with care the view was great, she seemed to have fun so I quickly ordered more bananas, all the bananas of the world I didn't hold back anymore I know what the ladies want from me I started to drool bewildered she left me, I started to sweat and drool all by myself I never saw her again but in my dreams she peeled she peeled more bananas my brain was wiped cream oh yeah baby eat that banana instead of romance only profanity was in my mind women eat bananas without knowing the consequences for them its only sustenance absorption for men its Fellatio commercial. oh yeah baby eat that banana my brain is only made of wiped cream oh yeah baby eat that banana instead of romance only profanity was in my mind

But yeah, best band in the world is not undeserved in their case Maybe I could clean up the rust of my poor German... EDIT: Nice post count

Oh yeah!! Feeder not so much, but Oasis - class. Saying that - Insomnia is very good. I'd say my all time favourite Verve song would be Lucky Man - its just one of those songs that just cheers you right up after a harsh day, or just makes you feel good about yourself. Oasis - D'You Know What I Mean, Whats The Story Morning Glory Foo Fighters - All My Life (sorry, has to be said - Dave Grohl - oh hell yeah!) And all time classic - - I'm not one for rap/r&b - but this is a genius song. Really sexy, very relaxed. Nice!

dribbler 6 Report post Posted September 30, 2008 Queen has a new album out, Queen with Paul Rogers heard a track called C-lebrity, rocks and Brian May still kicks a$$. You know, i disagree. 'C-lebrity' makes me cringe. The lyrics are primitive, there is little energy from anyone on the track and it is a far cry from anything they ever did with Freddy at the helm. I love Queen and think they are great musicians but they should have moved on to other projects worthy of there talents and let the legacy of the original line up never be tainted. Just my view. Just me, Paul is of course no match for Freddy no one is, but I liked him in Bad Co. and he stands in well on Queen songs, but to hear Brian still spin his magic is sweet.
